The Report examines the status of arbitration in France and Sweden. No significant developments or changes are noted in France, where labor arbitration is said to be in a state of lethargy. A proposal for establishment of a new labor court remains under study. In Sweden, labor disputes can be brought to the Arbetsmarknadsnamnden (Labor Market Council) following failed negotiations.
