Following is the report detailing the outcomes of the recent survey conducted among the 417 active members of the National Academy of Arbitrators. Titled “Elevating Your Arbitration Practice: A Report on the 2023 SWR-NAA Best Practices Survey,” this study was prepared by Academy members Danielle Hargrove, Pilar Vaile and Brian Clauss, with the assistance of Andrea Stulgies-Clauss.
The findings were formally presented at the Southwest Rockies Regional Meeting in February 2024, where the presenters delved into the invaluable insights gleaned from successful arbitrators regarding best practices in the field.
With the aim of continually refining their understanding and assisting members in optimizing their practices, the group plans to revisit this survey biennially, ensuring that the insights remain relevant and actionable in an ever-evolving landscape of dispute resolution.
