Videoconferencing platforms may be a practical and economical alternative to in-person hearings, whether for just a witness or two who unexpectedly is unable to travel to a hearing or for a workplace dispute that necessitates neutral assistance when in-person hearings may be impractical or impossible. In that spirit, and in keeping with the Academy’s basic mission, the NAA has established and compiled materials to assist parties who choose to make use of videoconferencing platforms.  The following are resources to support the use of videoconferencing for hearings.
