Presidential address:The NAA and its future

President Harkless notes the changes that are taking place in labor and employment arbitration; considers the conclusions reached by Dennis Nolan in his paper on the possible future composition of the Academy (see chapter 3 in this volume), but departs from Professor Nolan on the efficacy of including, as members, arbitrators who deal primarily with disputes between employers and individuals.
