The results of a questionnaire sent to Academy members concerning the present and future role of the Academy. One hundred fifteen out of 400 members responded to 14 questions, most of which required other than multiple-choice responses. The author concludes from the survey that the “original goals” of the Academy “generally have been achieved”, noting however the lack of success in the training of new arbitrators.
