Appendices A, Standards and conduct for labor arbitrators; B, Code of ethics and procedural standards for labor-management arbitration; C, Report of the committee on ethics: May 1, 1953; D, Education and training of arbitrators; and E, Survey of the arbitration profession in 1952. Appendices A, B, and C summarize suggestions for the form, scope and content of a Code of Ethics for the profession of labor arbitration. Appendix D is the Committee’s 1950 eponymous report. Appendix E is a survey of arbitrator demographics, workload and fees conducted by the Committee.
