Appendices A, B, and C summarize suggestions for the form, scope and content of a Code of Ethics for the profession of labor arbitration. Appendix D is the Committee’s 1950 eponymous report. Appendix E is a survey of arbitrator demographics, workload and fees conducted by the Committee.
