The Report of the Committee on the Development of New Arbitrator for 1971-1972 focuses on programs developed at several venues to provide training, experience and exposure for new arbitrators. Additionally, the increased utilization of expedited grievance procedures provides opportunities for arbitrators with lighter caseloads.
