Policy and practice of American Arbitration Association

A description of the AAA’s policy and practice in the submission of arbitrators’ names to the parties; of complaints the AAA has received from the parties and from arbitrators; and of the publication of awards. The author states that the use of arbitration is increasing, and describes the benefits of membership in the Association.
