A discussion of current administrative agency prepublication procedures. The interest of the parties in maintaining privacy, and the consequences of the manner in which the arbitrator requests permission to publish are discussed, as are the value of published decisions in providing guidance to the parties and arbitrators in the future. The development of procedures to promote publication without the participation of arbitrators is advocated.
